Refund and exchange policy
V the Inti line we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the bag does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Refund terms:
- The bag must be unused and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept refunds for bags purchased with special promotional codes.
- If the bag shows signs of wear or the original packaging is missing, it will not be refundable and we will return it to you at your expense.
How do I return a product?
- Contact us at and indicate order number and reason for refund.
- After receiving the instructions, please pack the product carefully and send it to our address.
- The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. We recommend that you secure your package and choose the tracking method, as the Inti line is not responsible for lost parcels.
- If your order was delivered outside the EU, we cannot refund import duties and customs charges.
Refund of the purchase price
Once we have received and inspected the returned bag, we will refund the purchase price within 10 days to your original payment method.
Replacements
At the moment, we do not allow direct exchanges. If you would like a second bag, simply place a new order and return the unsuitable item using the procedure outlined above.
